Sellers terms and conditions:

These terms and conditions govern your use of the CraftAbles website as a seller.
By using the website, you agree to comply with these Terms. CraftAbles reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Please review these terms and conditions regularly.

1. Confidential Credentials:

Any personal information provided by sellers is strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties, except for authorized delivery providers.

2. Product Quality:

Sellers are required to ensure that all products listed on the Platform are of high quality and accurately represented. If a product does not meet the advertised standards, the seller must issue a full refund to the buyer and may be subject to a fine of 200 EGP.

3. Responsibility:

Sellers are solely responsible for the products they list, including their condition and packaging. CraftAbles does not assume any liability for the products sold by sellers.

4. Packaging Standards:

CraftAbles places great importance on the quality of packaging. Sellers are expected to provide appropriate packaging for their products. If a seller is unable to do so, they may contact CraftAbles for assistance in obtaining suitable packaging materials. Additionally, sellers must purchase shipping boxes from our designated shipping partner, BOSTA.

5. Shipping and Delivery:

Sellers are responsible for accurately specifying shipping details, including delivery times and locations. Any delays or issues with shipping are the sole responsibility of the seller.

6. Product Listings:

Sellers must ensure that product listings are accurate and up to date. Misleading or fraudulent listings are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the website.

7. Payment Terms:

Sellers agree to pay CraftAbles a commission fee equal to 15% of the total product cost for each transaction conducted through the website. This commission fee covers the use of the website, marketing efforts, and transaction processing. Payment of the commission fee will be deducted automatically from the seller's earnings upon completion of each sale.

8. Payment Release:

Sellers understand and acknowledge that funds from product sales will be held by CraftAbles until the customer receives the product and confirms satisfaction. Once the customer receives the product and no issues are reported, funds from the sale, minus the commission fee, will be transferred to the seller's designated account within an hour of product arrival.

CraftAbles reserves the right to suspend or terminate a seller's account at any time for violations of these Terms or any other policies of the website. By using the CraftAbles Platform as a seller, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and any updates or modifications thereto.
